Communications. Calls, text messages, emails, form submissions, document uploads, and other communications may be recorded, transcribed, retained, or reviewed for service, training, quality control, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes.

Information automatically collected. When you use the site, we may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location from IP address, session activity, and similar log data. This information is used to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site.

We process information to respond to inquiries, send administrative information, send quote updates or renewal reminders, maintain records, improve the site and forms, prevent fraud, secure our systems, comply with insurance, tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations, and enforce our agreements and rights.

We do not knowingly sell personal information. We also do not knowingly use personal information of anyone under 18 for targeted advertising or sell or share such information.
