Agreement To Our Legal Terms
We are Switchboard Risk Technologies Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed insurance producer. National Producer Number (NPN): 22071809.
We operate the website https://tradescoverage.com (the "Site"), published under the name Trades Coverage, as well as any related services that refer or link to these Terms of Use (collectively, the "Services").
Trades Coverage provides contractor insurance information, quote-request tools, and contact paths for licensed support. Trades Coverage is not a separate insurance carrier and does not itself underwrite policies, set carrier premiums, approve carrier coverage, issue carrier policy forms, or handle carrier claims.
You can contact us by phone at (888) 698-7698 or mail at 602 Bergen St #2, Brooklyn, NY 11238, United States.
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and us concerning your access to and use of the Services. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States.
Our Services
The information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would violate law or require registration we do not maintain.
Switchboard Risk Technologies Inc. is a licensed insurance producer. Insurance products and services are provided by third-party insurance carriers. We may act as an intermediary, producer, or service provider to help you request, review, or obtain insurance quotes and coverage, but the insurance policies themselves are contracts between you and the insurance carriers.
Submitting a quote request, calling us, emailing us, uploading documents, or using any site tool does not bind, change, renew, cancel, or guarantee insurance coverage. Coverage, eligibility, pricing, limits, exclusions, endorsements, binding, policy issuance, and claims decisions are controlled by the insurance carrier and the final policy documents.
Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or licensee of intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, graphics, forms, tools, service marks, trademarks, and logos, unless otherwise stated.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print a reasonable copy of site content for your own business insurance research and quote requests.
No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, scraped, reverse engineered, or otherwise exploited for a commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. Any breach of this section may terminate your right to use the Services immediately.
User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; that you will maintain the accuracy of such information; that you have legal capacity and authority to use the Services on your own behalf or on behalf of the business you represent; that you are not a minor; and that your use of the Services will not violate law.
If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we may be unable to respond to your request and may refuse current or future use of the Services.
You are responsible for reviewing quotes, applications, binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, exclusions, invoices, and other insurance documents before you rely on them.

These terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law is required to apply.
Dispute Resolution
If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration to the fullest extent allowed by law, except for disputes that may not be arbitrated by law or disputes seeking to enforce or protect intellectual property rights or obtain injunctive relief.
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, class actions, representative actions, and consolidated proceedings are not permitted to the fullest extent allowed by law.
If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, except where another venue is required by law. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts to the fullest extent allowed by law.

The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or other mistakes. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
